There are 3 delivery options for UK customers:
Flat Rate: £4.50 – A trackable service with MyHermes.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: £9.50 – A trackable & insured service with Royal Mail. We recommend this for purchases you need urgently or unique goods such as Barley’s upcycled creations
We try and get all orders placed via the website ready within 2 working days (Tuesday to Friday) In the event of a delay due to stock issues, we will contact you to explain and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order. We will send a notification once your parcel has been dispatched.
Click & Collect: from our Broadway Market shop for free. No order too small! Your order will be packed in a bag for you to collect from the shop. Customers who select this option will be sent an email when your order is ‘complete’ signalling that it is ready for you to collect. As we are still building our E-Shop and have many more products in our Bricks & Mortar shop feel free to text Barley on 07958 424 808 if there is something specific you are looking for that you are unable to see on our website.
International Orders: Are Currently on hold at this time.
Returns & Refunds:
Thank you for shopping with Fabrications! We appreciate you choosing our small, independent business and hope you are happy with your order, but if you aren’t entirely satisfied, we are here to help!
You have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to contact us and let us know that you desire a refund and to return your items to: Fabrications, 7 Broadway Market, Hackney, London E8 4PH.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift Vouchers
- Downloadable items
- Perishables such as books and patterns
- Bespoke or Personalised items
- Socks or Garments
- Items bought on Sale
When returning items, please retain a proof of postage. Fabrications cannot be held responsible for returns which do not reach us.
Providing we receive your returned goods in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the price you paid (minus the postage). Alternatively we can exchange them for something else and send that off to you postage free!
