* AFTERNOON CLASS * Learn how to knit Fairisle

Date: 8 April 2017 14:00 to 17:00

'Fairisle' is a style of knitting originating from the Shetland Islands that is characterised by bands of multicoloured geometric patterns. This is a great class  for fairly new knitters (can knit and purl with ease) to build on basic skills or for more experienced knitters it is a good refresher or an opportunity to add to your knitting knowledge. The teacher, Jill Bulgan will tailor the class according to your abilities and interests. A sampler can be created while you learn.
